The space Welcome to our charming NEW riad, nestled in the heart of the most coveted neighborhood, just a stone's throw away from iconic landmarks such as El Fenn and the majestic Koutoubia Mosque. With its unrivaled location, our riad offers easy access to the vibrant pulse of Marrakech while providing a serene retreat from the bustling streets. Step inside and be greeted by a luminous patio, where the warm Moroccan sun filters through. The air-conditioned living room and dining area invites you to unwind in comfort, while the kitchen sets the stage for expertly prepared breakfasts each morning, included with your stay, and our first half bathroom is downstairs. Ascend to the first floor where two lovely bedrooms await. A beautifully marble-decorated bathroom, and a separate open room with a bathtub with a luxurious bathtub to soak away the day's adventures. But the true highlight awaits atop our rooftop terrace, where you will see the panoramic view of the Atlas Mountains and the iconic Koutoubia Mosque. This rare vantage point offers a breathtaking panorama of the medina below, providing the perfect backdrop for unforgettable moments under the Marrakech sky. Delicious meals by Aiicha are available on request. Simply place your order the day before and ask us about the menu (between 20€ and 25€ per person). Our Riad is equipped with complimentary high-speed WiFi. While guests have access to all areas except the laundry room, our dedicated manager, Oualid, is on hand to assist with any additional needs, including arranging airport transfers and organizing tours to explore the wonders of Marrakech and its surroundings... Guest access Guests have access to all areas except the laundry room (with a washing machine available under staff supervision). While the kitchen is accessible, meal preparation is not permitted. Thank you! Other things to note We’re delighted to host you and hope you feel at home while experiencing the beauty, culture, and charm of Marrakech. To ensure everyone enjoys their stay, please take a moment to read our house rules : - No parties or events allowed. Please respect our neighbors and quiet hours between 11.00pm – 9.00am. - Inviting unregistered guests or bringing individuals from outside the booking party into the Riad is strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in immediate cancellation of the stay and removal from the property without refund. - Use of the pool is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times. - Please treat the Riad and its furnishings with care. - We do not sell or purchase alcohol. If you wish to have alcohol during your stay, you must buy it yourself from Carrefour or another licensed store and keep the receipt as proof of purchase. ** These house rules are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
