Bright 70 m² apartment with a large 20 m² terrace and shared access with the owners to the swimming pool. Located in the municipality of Charavines, a 20-minute walk from the lake. Wide range of water activities (paddleboarding, sailing, canoeing, etc.). A bike path around the lake and hiking trails starting from the house complete the choice of activities. The space Access to the accommodation is via stairs. Enjoy relaxing moments in the living/dining room, which opens onto the kitchen. A sofa bed (sleeps 2) completes the sleeping arrangements. A wide selection of board games will liven up your days and/or evenings. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, induction cooktop, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishes and kitchen essentials including 1 raclette machine and a crêpe maker. The two large bedrooms (15 m2 - one with a desk) each have a 140x190 double bed and a 90x190 single bed. The shower room includes a shower, a sink and a towel dryer. There is also a bathroom with a large bathtub. Towel rental possible: €5/person. The toilet is separate. The terrace (table and chairs) allows you to enjoy the view while taking time for lunch, dinner or an aperitif. Childcare equipment (high chair, baby bed, bathtub, changing mat) is available for your use. A washing machine is available. Free parking: 3 spaces in a closed courtyard at the foot of the accommodation. Fenced-in swimming pool area, with relaxation area (access from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.). The swimming pool will be accessible in June, July and August. Access is prohibited in the event of a thunderstorm. The pool is shared with the owners. Plenty of storage in the apartment (closets, wardrobes, etc.) Wi-Fi & smoke detectors in the apartment. Fondue machine on request. Charcoal barbecue. Guest access Self check-in: You can check in with a lockbox where you will find the key to the apartment and the remote for the garage door. You can park in the courtyard at the foot of the stairs to access your terrace and the entrance to the apartment.
