Bright 70 m2 apartment with a large 20 m2 terrace and shared access with the owners to the swimming pool. Accessible from 8 AM to 6 PM. Located in the municipality of Charavines, a 20-minute walk from the lake. Wide range of water activities (paddleboarding, sailing, canoeing...). A cycle path around the lake and hiking trails complete the range of activities. The space 🍀 Enjoy your stay at L'Escapade in the countryside Access to the home is via stairs. Enjoy moments of relaxation in the living/dining room, which opens onto the kitchen. A sofa bed (sleeps 2) completes the sleeping arrangements. 🎲 A wide selection of board games will liven up your days and/or evenings. Plenty of storage in the apartment (closets, wardrobes, etc.) 🍽 Kitchen equipped with oven, induction stove, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishes and kitchen essentials including a raclette machine and a crêpe maker. 🛌 The two large bedrooms (15 m² - one with a desk) each have a 140 x 190 double bed and a 90 x 190 single bed. 🚿 The bathroom includes a shower, a sink and a towel dryer. Also available is a bathroom with a large bathtub. There is a washing machine available. Bed linen and/or towel rental available: €5/person. The toilet is self-catering. The terrace (table and chairs) allows you to enjoy the view while taking time for lunch, dinner, or an aperitif. 👶 Baby care equipment (high chair, baby bed, bathtub, changing mat) is available for your use. Free parking: 3 spaces in a gated courtyard at the foot of the accommodation. 💦Fenced-in pool area, with relaxation area (access from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.). The pool will be accessible in June, July and August. September, depending on the weather. Access prohibited during thunderstorms. The pool is shared with the owners. Wi-Fi & smoke detectors in the apartment. Fondue machine available on request. Charcoal grill. Guest access In-person welcome with Clarisse, who will be happy to show you the apartment and provide information about activities in the surrounding area. Depending on the period, self-check-in may be possible. You can enter the premises using a secure lockbox where you will find the key to the apartment and the remote control for the garage door. Parking in the courtyard at the foot of the stairs to access your terrace and the entrance to the apartment. Other things to note Close to all amenities: shops, doctors, tourist office, laundromats, many snack restaurants, Sunday morning market, bike rental, playground, lake museum and municipal beach (FREE) supervised in summer...
