Beautiful 2 bedroom cottage

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish beautifully presented 2 bedroom cottage. This is my family home that I share with my daughter that’s set in the beautiful Kent village of Eynsford. It’s 300 years old with many original features that’s perfect for a couples get away or family break. Eynsford is a lovely part of the world. With several local pubs, the lavender fields nearby and and huge choice of picturesque walking routes. The space A perfectly sized galley kitchen with fridge, coffee machine, gas hob with electric oven, microwave and essentials that you may have forgotten for your evening meals! The lounge and dinning area is spacious and has a sky tv with Netflix, Disney and Amazon. There is a piano and guitar for those who may want to play. The main bedroom consists of a queen size bed, bedside table, bench and fitted wardrobe. The second bedroom has a single bed with a seperate pullout mattress underneath or ample room for a cot. The bathroom has a power shower and bath. Full central heating covers every room. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and parking at the back of the property. Other things to note Up to two dogs are welcome, the house is my home and the area is quite and in no way suitable for parties. It is however, absolutely perfect for a couples get away or family break. I have an extensive selection of spirits and a fully stocked kitchen of essentials to help of guests have forgotten anything. Also paints and colouring in/craft materials are available if any children want to make use. It’s a lovely home in a lovely area. Thanks for taking the time to read this far. Luke
