The room comes with a lock and key( although listing states otherwise) The space king size bed in spacious room with wardrobe, towels ect inc self catering with a newly refurbed bathroom there is a free carpark opposite with over 10 spaces and free street parking I have a driveway that can be requested at a surcharge of 10 pound per 24 hours Guest access kitchen newly refurbished bathroom downstairs loo front and back garden During your stay I will be at the property also I am quick to repsond via digital communications Other things to note pets allowed at owners discretion for a small fee
