The space Villa with a super large 5-bedroom design includes: - Bedroom 1: Bed with high quality bedding, air conditioner, fully equipped wardrobe. Ensuite bathroom with hot and cold water and hygiene products. - Bedroom 2: Bed with high quality bedding, air conditioner and fully equipped wardrobe. - Bedroom 3: Bed with high quality bedding, air conditioner and fully equipped wardrobe. This bedroom is complemented by a small cabinet with drawers and a bench with a mattress. (Bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 share the same bathroom area) - Bedroom 4: Bed with high quality bedding, air conditioner with view towards the pool, plus a mattress that can be used to sit or lie down to relax in the room. The enclosed bathroom is fully equipped with hot and cold water and hygiene products. - The living room area is spacious and airy, fully equipped with sofa, 2 armchairs, TV, air conditioner. - The kitchen area is fully equipped with a large dining table, basic cooking equipment such as a rice cooker, hot pot/grill, microwave and bowls and chopsticks for a large group of people. - Wine glasses and wedding party setup, team building are available if requested by guests. Guest access - Free use of 60m2 swimming pool, pool floats and pool benches. - Free outdoor dining area overlooking the pool. - Free use of speakers and karaoke mic. - Free play area such as water polo, badminton, baby seesaw. - Free use of basic cooking utensils to cook at the villa. Other things to note - The above price applies to a standard group of 15 adults, can accommodate up to 20 people and does not include 10% VAT (if the group needs to issue a VAT invoice), additional food services of customers. - The surcharge for overnight stay from the 16th person is 200,000 VND/person, children (from 6-11 years old) 100,000 VND/person. Children under 6 years old are exempt from surcharge. - Surcharge for non-overnight stay from the 16th person is 100,000 VND/person, children are exempt from surcharge. - Mandatory cleaning surcharge for less than 15 people is 300,000 VND and for more than 15 people is 500,000 VND. - Surcharge for early check-in or late check-out is 300,000 VND/hour (applied to the time before/after check-in without guests).
