Sea view duplex apartment in Constantine Bay

Raintree House Holidays manage over 80 houses in the North Cornwall area, almost all within walking distance of some of the finest sandy beaches in the Seven Bays area of the county. Located on the 2nd and 3rd floors, the duplex property has a huge balcony with fantastic views from the main living space, and a Juliet balcony from the master bedroom above. The glorious sandy beach at Constantine Bay is a short walk down the road, and Constantine Bay Stores and Surf shop are even closer. The space Atmosphere Completed in 2023, The View is part of the new and luxury Treglos development in Constantine Bay. Spread over the top two floors of the building (lift available), with a full width balcony for taking in the mesmerising sea views, The View enjoys open plan living and three well-appointed bedrooms, one with an ensuite. Trevose Golf Club is just around the corner for those looking for an active holiday, while wonderful Constantine beach is just a short walk down the road. Living, dining, cooking Two pale blue coastal inspired sofas take centre stage in the open plan sitting area. A large wall-mounted TV covers the entertainment, whether you want to catch up on a box-set or relax to your holiday playlist. Slide back the doors to the balcony and let the soft summer breeze drift in or head out to enjoy a morning coffee while gazing at the coast in the distance. Come evening, an electric barbeque is available to cook up a coastal inspired feast. On cooler days, the dining table provides space for relaxed dining all-together. The kitchen is sleek and contemporary with gloss white units and comes fully equipped for easy holiday living with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, hob, double oven, wine cooler and Nespresso Vertuo machine. The cooks in the party also have the same great view from the second set of sliding doors to the balcony. Sleeping and bathing There are three bedrooms at The View. The master on the second floor is dressed in neutral hues, with pops of pink artwork on the wall. The Scandi-inspired king size bed takes centre stage. Crisp white linen, a cosy throw and soft velvety cushions ensure a blissful night’s sleep. A large wardrobe provides space for all your belongings. A dormer window opens fully to let the fresh air and sunshine in. The master room also benefits from an ensuite shower room, with large walk in waterfall shower, basin and loo. The twin room is also on the second floor and is furnished simply with wooden beds, chest of drawers and wall mounted TV. A Velux window looks out to the rear of the property. The second king size room resides on the first floor, with marine themed finishing touches, soft fleecy throw and a pale blue accent chair is a comfy spot for a morning coffee. This room shares the balcony with the living area so you can draw back the curtains each morning and admire the view from the comfort of your bed. There’s also a large wardrobe for storage. The two bedrooms on the first floor share the family bathroom which is equipped with a luxurious deep bath with overhead shower, basin and loo. Facilities The View has two dedicated parking spaces. Underfloor heating throughout ensure you will be cosy even in winter. Outside The balcony extends the full width of the apartment and has the most amazing 180 degree views from Trevose Head and down towards Treyarnon Bay. This is the perfect spot for either a sunny breakfast or an evening sundowner. Nearby The shops at Constantine are just a few minutes walk from The View - good for all kinds of food or supplies as well as surf rental. The golf club is another 150 yards along the same road. And you are minutes from the two wonderful beaches of Constantine and Treyarnon. The beach at Constantine can be reached down the beach road past the shops, or down a small footpath from the corner of the golf club and along the edge of the golf course. The path emerges in the middle of the fantastic dunes at the top of the beach after less than 10 minutes walk. You can easily walk to Treyarnon too - right out of the house, and then right across the campsite. Both beaches are under 10 minutes walk. St Merryn is the nearby village providing pubs and shops, as well as a number of takeaways restaurants including Rafferty's or Crafthouse for dining out. Padstow is only 10 minutes drive away -with its array of boutique shops and gourmet eateries. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the whole property. Other things to note * Bath towels are provided, along with hand towels in each bathroom/cloakroom. Do remember to bring your own beach towels. * Bathrooms are equipped for your arrival – with soap and shower gel as well as bubble bath and enough loo roll for the first day or so. * Cleaning products and loo paper (enough to get you started) are provided in all bath and cloakrooms. Most of our cleaning products are provided by Ecover and Delphis Eco. Under the kitchen sink, you will find enough washing up liquid for your entire stay and washing powder, dishwasher tabs, kitchen towels and bin bags for your first few days. There will 3 tea towels, a jay cloth and a sponge scourer as well.
