*Newly Remodeled *Great views *Peaceful neighborhood Ever wanted to stay on a home built into a hill? If so this is the place for you! The unit is 3 levels, just over 2400 sq ft. Features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A large open living space with very high ceilings. From the living area it is easy access to the patio where you really feel like you are a part of the black hills. Expect to see turkeys and deer they frequent the area regularly, almost on a daily basis. The space The townhome is part of the High Place HOA. It is a part of a quadplex. The quadplex is built into the hill. Because if the hills units are built into there is a not a lot of parking space at the unit. Depending on the size of your vehicle you can fit 1, possibly 2 cars in the long single car garage. You are then able to park one car right outside of the garage. There is overflow parking right as you drive into the HOA that you can utilize during your stay. The home has 3 levels. The first level is the garage where there will be a key pad for you to open the garage and you are welcome to park inside. From the garage you go up a flight of stairs to get to the 2 level. On the 2nd level is the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a workspace area. On this 2nd level there is also a game room that has a foosball table in it. The game room also functions as the 4th bedroom - the closet has a twin and full size mattress in it. Feel free to use and move to wherever you'd like in the house. From here you go up another flight of stairs to get to the 3rd level. The stairs take you into the living room which has super high ceilings, dining room, and kitchen area. Down the hall there is a bathroom and 2 more bedrooms that also have very high ceilings. The living room has a walkout door to the patio which has amazing views! From here you can also use the stairs outside to get back down to the garage level. There are 29 stairs to get down. Again, please note that there are a lot of stairs. If stairs are a problem for you, you may want to consider finding another place to stay. ***Brand New HVAC installed October 2024*** Guest access You are able to use all areas of the townhome. There are only a couple of closets that will be locked. Other things to note There is a strict quiet hours that start daily at 10 pm and go until 8 am. If you break the noise policy you will get kicked out and not refunded for any of your stay. There is limited parking at the unit. Do not block other units driveways. If you do there is a high probably that your vehicle will be towed at your own expense. Parking at each unit is 1 car in the garage, 1 car directly outside the garage, and one vehicle directly behind that. 3 total vehicles.
