Enjoy easy access to everything. Lovely double room in arguably the best location in Brighton and Hove. Sharing the house and bathroom with one other person (me). Seven Dials is like a village in the city with independent stores and cafes, and still walking distance to Brighton Train Station, the Beach and all the Lanes action. Just minutes from the house you can find greengrocers, coffee shops, delis and a Coop supermarket just a few doors down. Females only, single occupancy. The space When the sun shines, the apartment fills with light. Being the top floor of a house conversion, there's are lots of edges and shapes that first led me to fall in love with the space. With that, I would just add to take care with your head on any lower parts of the ceiling and wall edges - especially if you are gifted with tall genes. The apartment is split-level so there is distance between the two bedrooms  - the guest room is on a floor of its own. The room comes with a small double bed, lamp, and some drawer and hanging space for your belongings. There is a sliding bolt lock on the inside of the door. Towel, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, and straighteners, all provided for use.  If you are travelling with hand luggage only and would like to borrow an additional towel for the beach or swimming, I'd be happy to provide an extra to save you bringing one - please message me in advance to prepare this.  This is my home (and not a professional holiday home Airbnb), so I please ask that you respect my belongings that are in both the room and throughout the house.  I also ask you to respect that this is a residential area and there are families living in other apartments in this house. If you're looking for a party house, this is not it, so please don't book here. Guest access You will be provided with keys to the entrance. Please provide your estimated check-in time at least 5 days prior to your arrival date (or upon booking, if sooner). I reserve the right to cancel the reservation if the check-in time isn't provided as I have to make plans around this. Guest access is for the bedroom and shared bathroom. I mostly work from home so access to the living / kitchen space is restricted, but you're of course welcome to grab a drink, make a hot drink, or keep some bits in the fridge. During your stay I lead a fairly busy life so we may not see each other a lot during your stay but I will be there to welcome you and am available on mobile. Always open to any questions so please don't hesitate to ask. Other things to note This is a top floor flat so there are two flights of stairs. Accidents happen, I just ask you to please let me know if they do so there's no surprises. Take care on the tiny step up into the living room - it may catch you out a couple of times but you will quickly get used to it.  Please leave your shoes at the door / on the shoe rack (no shoes to be worn on the carpet), and you are welcome to hang your coat on the coat rack in the hallway. If dates aren't showing as available, please feel free to message me to double check as I might be able to open it up (if it's not booked by another guest). Please also message if you have parking requirements as I can provide a guest parking permit for £7 a day. On street pay-by-hour parking is also available.
