Maison Bretagne at the gates of the Gulf of Morbihan

The central location in Morbihan will allow you to reach the beaches of Carnac, Quiberon (...), the city of Vannes with its port and its historic center with its ramparts in 30 minutes. The space This house was built by the hands of my grandfather, who was a bricklayer, and by my dad. Back in Brittany in 2021 after 10 years in the Paris region, my partner and I decided to buy the house in April 2023. The peaceful neighborhood, the proximity to the city center and its shops, the land of about 900 square meters and the sentimental value of the property are all criteria that convinced us to drop off our suitcases. The house is close to all amenities (several supermarkets, bakeries etc.) + served by a bike path that provides access to the municipal swimming pool with relaxation area (2.1 km), the media library (1.9 km), and a basketball court. Kingoland amusement park is a 10-minute drive. Guest access The accommodation has a ground floor with an open kitchen, a living-dining room, a toilet and a garage. The terrace is accessible from the living room. Two large bedrooms of about 18 square meters are located on the first floor, each with a 140 X 190 bed. A toilet and a large bathroom complete the floor. Only the third bedroom upstairs will not be accessible. Other things to note please clean (vacuum and mop) and tidy up my house upon checkout.
