The property is just 5 to 7 minutes away from the Sahara Woods Fishing and Hunting area and a brand new ATV park. The space The tiny cabin is a one-of-a-kind place to relax, surrounded by farms and fields. It just recently had a total makeover. The kitchenette is furnished with a microwave and a mini fridge with freezer. Take advantage of the newly remodeled bathroom with a shower, premium towels, and extra toiletries if you forget something. When it is time to relax, enjoy the space-saving but comfortable bunk beds, with a full bed and a twin bed, with premium linens. The property is just 5 to 7 minutes away from the Sahara Woods Fishing and Hunting area and the brand new ATV park. The OHV trails at Sahara Woods are a recent development, designed to cater to the growing demand for motorized recreation. This property is meant to unwind, relax, and disconnect. We do not have internet on the property. However, a cell phone tower is located next to the property. It has amazing coverage if your carrier is AT&T, but we have been told that if you have T-Mobile or the likes, the service is a little weak. There will be no hunting on the property, but feel free to walk and enjoy the 6-acre property with a 1-mile mowed walking trail. Other things to note You can spend the day sightseeing at the local attractions such as Garden of the Gods, Fern Clyffe, Burden Falls, and many more! The tiny cabin comes equipped with a mini fridge and microwave for your convenience. The sleeping arrangements include a bunk with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top. The cabin has AC and Heating for the hot summer days or those cold country nights. Please remember that this is the country and not the city sidewalks, watch your step and your children around the property, pond, and barn areas. When exploring the barn, please stay on the first level only. Enjoy nature and relax, no Wi-fi but great cellular services to use your hotspot for electronic devices.
