Welcome to The Cozy Place PNW. This is a must stay for your family, friends, & pets. It is centrally located near shopping, ferries, military bases, and the most beautiful places to visit in the PNW. Conveniently, located near the Navy Shipyard and only 13 miles due west of Seattle in the Kitsap Peninsula. So many places to explore and memories waiting be made! No overnight visitors without prior written approval Please be mindful when coming in late—avoid slamming doors Common areas should be kept neat and tidy (adult-living environment) --- ✨ Pets We love hosting well-behaved fur guests!🐾 Pets must remain in your room safely or with you in common areas and under supervision at all times. Backyard is available as a potty area (not fenced) Please pick up after your pet and dispose of waste in the community dumpster. Pets considered on a case-by-case basis. Sorry, no cats at this time due to health reasons. Guest access The property can be accessed via an exterior stair case that leads directly to the Front Door entrance (2nd floor) Common Area Spaces: (2nd floor) -Living Area -Dinning Area -Kitchen -Laundry Room (located on the 1st floor) Bicycle parking is available on site. Vehicle Parking Options: -Directly in front of the garage -Side Parking (not in a public transit area) Parking is designated for guests and the options are available on a first come first serve basis daily for all guests. You are welcome to enjoy a cup of coffee on the front balcony which has rocking chairs. There are multiple parks, restaurants, and coffee shops within walking distance. The 2 nearest Starbucks are only: 0.4 Mi (2min) 0.5 Mi (3min) No access areas (Cleaning Team Reserved Areas): -Coat Closet (2nd floor) -Garage (1st floor) -Host Bedroom (1st floor) *If you require assitance of any kind we are just a message away via the Airbnb portal primarly or a quick text as a secondary resource* Other things to note Our next door neighbor does have a little girl and you may hear some running feet from their end with some laughter and tantrums in between. We personally enjoy hearing her enjoy life & have never had an issue. We hope that you can understand that's part of childhood and don't be discouraged to stay with us, we would love to provide a cozy place for you during your time in the PNW. Your Kids ________ I am always happy to host families with babies/kids and have additional inflatable mattresses upon request at an extra charge. We also have plenty of toys for kids and enjoy making the space as comfortable as possible for your little ones. Our Kids -------- My kids enjoy the home as well from time to time. However, we have all of the ammenities that we need on the 1st floor and you do not need to interact with us unless you'd like to. Issues _______ If for any reason an issues arises, let the host know, and please be patient as we reconnect with services or begin mitigation efforts to resolve the issue.
