A variety of shopping plazas, restaurants, and local organic farms are within a five to fifteen minute walk or drive. The community provides both quick access to Downtown Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale, and Chandler, and a relaxing escape from all the noise within just a few minutes. About the Unit: This modern unit includes two separate balconies to enjoy the Arizona indoor/outdoor lifestyle and gorgeous sunsets. The inside laundry room includes a full size washer and dryer, and all essential natural laundry and cleaning products.
