Room for 3 people in a bright 98 m2 accommodation with terrace and views of the rooftops of Paris Very quiet room overlooking a private garden With a queen size bed and a single bed A library room is reserved for you during your stay to rest and dine in complete privacy You will share with me and my roommate the living/dining room, kitchen and bathroom Elevator and terrace I will always be available to help you enjoy your stay in Paris . The space 98 m2 accommodation on a quiet little street Bedroom overlooking a garden Large Dining Room and Living Room to share Large kitchen with all amenities (no dryer) Bathroom with bathtub and shower to share but you will have priority Library/sport room (apartment bike) children's toys TV will be at your disposal during your stay The apartment is on the top floor with elevator access It's a small condominium where everyone knows each other Guest access You have for yourselves only The bedroom AND The library Shared: Dining room / Living room / Kitchen / Terrace You can have breakfast in the dining room Often in the evening I am there with my roommate and I advise guests if they want to be quiet to eat in the library or in their room You can use the kitchen whenever you want Cooking Bathroom Terrace During your stay I'll be there to help you with your transportation in Paris to help you discover Paris according to your wishes I am a very open person and meeting other people with a different culture and experience than mine pleases me enormously I speak English Other things to note The apartment is close to public transportation Line 12 in 3 minutes Line 2 in 10 minutes Bus 38 is 3 minutes away (crosses Paris from North to South) Montmartre is a 20-minute walk away Pigalle is 15 minutes by metro Apartment located near Gare du Nord
