Located in a quaint historic neighborhood next to downtown, the location is 2 minutes to downtown and UI. Enjoy the luxury rain shower head, Cal King bed, new kitchen with full size appliances, A/C, and the eat-in dining table or workspace. Relax in the living room full of natural light or on our small south facing back deck with table and chairs. Wifi and TV! We hope you leave inspired! The space Step into our bright and relaxing space to unwind. This property is its own one bedroom unit and has been fully remodeled for your comfort. The California King bed is luxurious! The TEMPUR-PRObreeze™ mattress has a 3-level system of cutting-edge materials that work together from cover to core to keep you cool all night long. The firmness level mattress of the mattress is medium firm with comfortable linens and an extra plush blanket. The living room includes a small sofa and two armchairs along with a mounted smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with beautiful granite countertops and new appliances, including a full size fridge, microwave, electric range/oven, and dishwasher. You'll also find a french press and coffee, hot water kettle, cutting boards, mixing bowls, toaster, and other helpful gadgets. In the bedroom, we have also included hangers, an iron and ironing board, and a few extra toiletries in case you left them behind! Our shower is equipped with conditioner, shampoo, and body wash. Our unit comfortably fits 2 guests. Exceptions can be made for sleeping a child in a pack n play. The couch is not large enough to sleep an average size adult. We are the top unit of a triplex. The neighbors are very respectful and quiet, but it's possible you may hear them coming and going. Guest access You will have access to your own private one bedroom unit with small south facing private back deck overlooking the backyard. The backyard is not for guest use and belongs to the neighbor.
