We open the first floor of the main house for last minute reservations! This property can be reserved also as a 5 or 7 bedroom property - inquire if you need more space. You will exclusively enjoy the heated pool, spa, grill, outdoor dining, gaming garage, and professional putting green! You will NOT share house with other guests. Golf cart available to rent $75/day House is 1500 sq ft on main floor. 5 min walk to the beach and river. 10 min to downtown Minute to restaurants! The space Amazing home on the largest lot in St. Augustine! There is a heated, enclosed pool, spa, private putting green, outdoor dining area, and lounge seating. All while being surrounded by mature landscaping to help you remember you are in paradise! You will NOT be sharing the home with other guests - we close down the pool cottage and second floor of the main home so the 1st floor is yours to enjoy. If you need extra space and want a 5 or 7 bedroom home please inquire. We provide everything you need for a relaxing stay at the beach - just pack your clothes! This is a PRIVATE rental (aka nobody additional will be renting property). Please note: A liability waiver is required within 24 hours of booking. Must be 25 to book and ID provided upon request. We have private chefs and photographers for hire as well as an in-house massage therapist. This will be a luxury home and we can't wait to share it with you! (oh and an extra fridge/freezer) Other things to note Absolutely no outside guests are allowed on property that are not listed on reservation as per our insurance policy. We do have cameras located at entry points of the house and directly over the pool for safety and liability reasons. We respect the privacy of our guests and only check cameras if given a reason to such as a noise violation. Must be 25 to make reservation per our county regulations. ID and liability waiver required.
