We’re serviced accommodation specialists with over 2 years’ experience providing a home-from-home for families on getaways and those working in the area. The space A great base to explore the Lake District as a couple or small family, It is also well equipped to accommodate contractors as all essentials are provided. The property is ideal for those working around Whitehaven. The property is within walking distance to West Cumberland Hospital so is also ideal for anyone working at the hospital. A shop, pub and a local fish & chip shop is within a few minutes’ walk. On-street parking is nearby as well as a driveway to the rear of the property. A cosy terraced house in a residential area. This house sleeps up to three people across two bedrooms. The first bedroom provides guests with a comfortable double bed, the second provides a single bed with a cosy feel. To further provide the home away from home feel, each guest will be provided with a hand towel and bath towel. The bathroom provides a bath with an overhead shower, which gives guests ample opportunity to relax. The living-dining area has a neutral decor and electric fireplace, giving it a cosy feel; perfect for using the smart TV to log onto your favourite streaming services. With the provision for dining space, the living area has a sociable yet relaxed feel. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, crockery, a kettle, toaster, microwave, and basic pantry items such as oil, salt, and pepper. Additional kitchen amenities include an oven, hob, refrigerator, freezer, and washing machine. These amenities ensure you have access to everything you need for a short- or long-term stay. Upon check-in, our guests are provided with washing pods and products to wash up. These provisions allow you to make full use of the amenities! This house also has a small yard to the rear. Situated on Hensingham, outside Whitehaven’s town centre, this house is an ideal location for those looking to enjoy the offerings of Whitehaven and Cumbria. Although the location is not central, the area offers a number of amenities, and this house is within a few minutes walk of a number of pubs, a convenience store, and a fish and chip shop. Whitehaven is approximately 27 miles from Keswick in the Northwest Lake District and 48 miles from Windermere and the South Lake District, making it a great base for exploring the beautiful Lake District. Although this property is ideal for holidaymakers, its cost and location would make it ideal for those in the area for work, with local transport links to West Cumberland Hospital, Sellafield and Westlakes Science Park. This house has a small driveway to the rear. If there are any issues accessing the driveway, there are several areas of on-street parking. Please note that some of the on-street parking is within disc zones; these areas require you to display the time you began parking there. Whitehaven also has accessible public transport links, with trains running from Carlisle to Barrow-in-Furness and local bus services running to other local towns. Other things to note Please note that there is an offline security deposit of £150 charged separately in the form of a pre-authorisation charge. This will show as a pending transaction on your account throughout your stay. It will only be charged in the event of damages or a breach of our terms and conditions.
