Serene wooded backyard with fire pit and creek gives a tranquil nature feel with convenient access to city ammenities. Kitchen is allergy friendly as owners are gluten free. This is our permanent residence and is part of a neighborhood watch program. This is NOT a party home and quiet hours begin at 11pm. Treat our house like your own. The space Relax in the open concept living room, comfortable bedrooms, or serene outdoor spaces. This home is equipped with a full kitchen, breakfast bar, dining space, 3 bedrooms, and 3 baths. Enjoy board games or a work out in the basement rec room. Home has two decks surrounded by perennial gardens and a fire pit by the creek. Kitchen is food allergy friendly. Guest access Access to the full house with the exception of two locked storage areas in the basement. Other things to note There are dogs that live on the property and will be removed prior to arrival. Food Allergy friendly kitchen! Our kitchen is 95% gluten free. Some of our family members must eat gluten free, so almost all items cooked or baked in our home is gluten free. There are only a few pre-made products that we have in our home that contain regular flour (crackers, bread, and frozen pizzas).
