Large private ensuite annexe with climbing wall

A private and quiet hideaway nestled at the end of a road, with access to woodland walks and a surprise waterfall. This is a self contained annexe with a private entrance and a kitchenette. This little gem offers flexible space for someone travelling alone (with a work from home space), a couple, or a family needing flexible sleeping arrangements. We have additional beds, cots, stairgate and bath toys (if needed!). If you like climbing, we have a bouldering wall in the outbuilding too :) The space You'll have access to a massive room which can accommodate up to 4 people. More comfortable set up would be 2-3 adults or 2 adults and 1-2 children. If you’re a family of 4 then we’ll likely accommodate you, just message before booking. Please note that your annexe is attached to the main house so a little noice may travel (downstairs) but no noise travels through the upstairs walls. Guest access You'll have your own private access to the annexe, which includes a large room, bathroom, landing area for dressing table, and a sitting area. You’ll also have tea and coffee facilities in the kitchenette area downstairs. There’s also some meal prep and cooking facilities (no oven) and table and chairs. Other things to note We have a little boy who may make a little noise though we will make all efforts during your stay to keep this to a minimum. We have an array of games, kids toys, kids bedding/ cot, stair gate, if required, just let us know :) Mind your head on the beams in the room! It was a hayloft.
