Upstairs has the second bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath, and a loft that has twin beds. There is a veranda at the entrance level and another veranda with sweeping views upstairs off the loft. I am also available at any time via a phone call, text, or e-mail. There is also an on site concierge that will be great with assisting you with all your needs once you arrive. The neighborhood is a nice and quiet area. There is a small corner market that is easy to walk to, as well as several restaurants and bars close by. You will have free use of bicycles at Sunset Beach Resort. Getting to town is an easy 15 minute bicycle ride. You can also rent a golf cart (ask me for details). Having a golf cart is a fun way to explore the whole island. There are also taxi cabs available. You can call a taxi from the free use of the telephone in your condo. I will give you a taxi drivers name and number when I send your itinerary. THERE ARE DISCOUNTS: During September and October you get a free night when you book 7 nights or more - one free night with every 7 night booking. Book 3 weeks before arrival and receive a 10% discount. Book 2 weeks before arrival and receive a 15% discount. Book 1 week before arrival and receive a 20% discount. Monthly Rentals - 15% off rates from Jan 3 - April 30 and 30% off rates from May 1 - Dec 19. There are no monthly rental offers during our Peak Season (Dec 20 - Jan 2) WEDDINGS, FAMILY REUNIONS, OTHER EVENTS: I do advertise that events are possible, but these must be pre approved. We have multiple units at Sunset Beach (1, 2, and 3 bedroom) and can sleep a total of 76 guests. Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellation(s) more than 30 days prior to arrival for High and Low Season (60 days for Peak Season). No refund for cancellations 30 days or less before arrival for High and Low Season (60 days for Peak Season). Should you have to cancel within the no refund timeframe during High and Low Seasons and did not purchase travel insurance you will receive a credit for one year to rebook the same unit. Rates could vary at the time of your re-booking, and you would have to pay the difference, if any. There is no credit given for cancellations during our Peak Holiday Season.
