The space This modern spacious studio apartment has been tastefully decorated providing you with a comfortable warm place to relax after an exciting day experiencing everything Nelson has to offer. From the beaches to National parks, or exploring the local galleries, shops, cafes and top quality restaurants. With plenty of natural light, the spacious living area features a comfortable sofa with cushions and a throw blanket, perfect to kick back listen to music or watch your favourite movies on Netflix. The kitchenette has everything you need to whip up your favourite meals and with Coffee and tea provided you can enjoy a relaxing cuppa at home. The bedroom is outfitted with Egyptian cotton sheets set on a queen size bed that's just begging for you to snuggleup in. The dedicated bathroom is just a few steps through a rarely shared space and has a beautiful tiled shower with heated floors, perfect to get ready in the morning. Out the back of the property we have a BBQ area that you are free to relax and cook yourself a meal in, sit in the sun listening to the birdsong during the day or gaze at the stunning night sky in the evening. Guest access The self contained studio is based at ground level, we are living upstairs. There is key pad access through the garage door. Other things to note We have a very friendly German shorthaired pointer called Scout on the property, but please note she also works during the week so is not around during the day.
