The space The Wi-Fi is excellent for working /watching movies - 500mb fiber internet. All en-suites have air-conditioning (heating and cooling), windows with electric blinds and mosquito screens. The living room has 2 air-conditioners (hot and cold), a gas fireplace, a retractable sofa, a carpet, a blackout curtain, armchairs and a wine cellar. The kitchen is fully equipped and the gourmet area has a beer maker, TV, sound and barbecue items. Our faucets are hot water. Exclusive toilet for the gourmet area/swimming pool. Pergola with lighting and swing. Pool and hydro cover. The storage room is locked and is intended exclusively for the owners' use. Other things to note For access to the CLUBS, as of OCT/24, the project only allows visitors to enter through the purchase of a DAY USE - charged per person. The day use fee can be found on the Momentum website and varies according to the time and days of the week. If the tenant wants to use one of the clubs, the tenant must inform the owner of the chosen date and the owner will check with Momentum if there is availability. and if there is availability, we will make the request and pass the amount on to the tenant. After the tenant pays the amount to the owner, the owner will send the access codes for the purchased date (PDF format).
