Furthermore the condo has a loft-style lay-out in the way that there is a separate space above and looking out onto the living room that can be reached by stairs in the entrance hall way. This space has two comfortable bean bags and a Smart TV. A great place to relax and watch a movie or a "secret" kids hang-out! The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with kitchen bar. Here you will find a state of the art coffee machine, stainless steel fridge, oven and microwave among other things. Everything you need to prepare a snack or full meal. And in case you do not prefer to cook, there is an on-site restaurant and in the near surroundings of Careyes #236 you can also find some excellent dining options. Our concierge will gladly inform and assist you with any requests you might have. We look forward to your visit! Please be aware that this actually is a 2-bedroom condo but you are renting it as a 1-bedroom, in which we close of the 2nd bedroom. Your bedroom is attached to the living room and can be closed off from the living room with wooden, sliding doors. Please don't hesitate to let us know in case you have any questions concerning this. Other things to note - In Careyes Club & residences we try to create a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere for everyone. Therefor parties and loud music/noise are not allowed. - The bedroom closes off from the living room with sliding doors. - In case of a 3rd person, the couch in the living room can be made as a bed for 1 person. - Please be aware that the loft does not have standing height in most of the space, Also, for smaller kids adult supervision is recommended due to borders and open stairs. - Please do not forget to turn off any lights or AC's when leaving the condo. - Please be aware that this is actually a 2-bedroom condo but you are renting it as a 1-bedroom, in which we close of the 2nd bedroom.
