1886 Loft Book entire space

This unique loft has a style all of its own. Built in 1886, the loft was an apartment back in the day and has been vacant since the 50's. It has been completely renovated and restored in 2023. Saving all the original doors and trim, modern updates were made throughout. Located in the heart of downtown Oakley, it is an excellent choice to base out of and explore northwest Kansas. Downstairs space often has pop up food vendors as an added benefit. The space The 1886 Loft is 2300 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms. Full kitchen, dining room, living room, laundry room and large deck. Downstairs is fenced in area with firepit and grill that you will have access to. Each room has its own heat/ac units. Bedroom #1 - The Wild West room sleeps 5 with 2 separate rooms, one with king bed and twin sofa sleeper and additional room has twin beds. There is one shared private bathroom within space. Bedroom #2 - The Buffalo Room has one king bed with private bathroom. Bedroom # 3 - Prairie Storm has one king bed with private bathroom. The living room has a sofa queen sleeper. There is an additional half bathroom. The loft will sleep 11. Guest access Keypad entry with chair lift for those needing assistance up to the loft. Free parking on street.
