Gather in three newly built cottages across from Ethan Allen Park. Each sleeps 4, with a queen bed, pullout sofa, full kitchen, and central A/C. Rent all three to host up to 12 guests near beaches, biking, and downtown Burlington. The space Located in Burlington's New North End, the property sits directly across from Ethan Allen Park, with North Beach, Leddy Beach, and the Burlington Bike Path all nearby. A 1930 bungalow faces the park at the front of the lot. Behind it, three cottages are arranged in a semicircle around an ancient oak tree, with a shared common area and grill underneath. Each cottage has its own private outdoor dining area. For larger gatherings, all three cottages along with the main house can be booked to sleep a maximum of 22 people. A shared grill and seating under the oak tree make for easy cookouts and evening gatherings. The garage is not accessible to guests. Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 8am. Other things to note Child Safety: The cottages are not childproof. Please supervise children at all times and bring any additional safety devices needed. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM. Parking: On-site parking is limited to one vehicle per cottage. Additional vehicles may require on-street or nearby lot parking. Please do not block the driveway or access to other cottages. No Smoking, No Parties: No smoking indoors. No parties or gatherings beyond your booked guest count. Winter Weather: Vermont winters bring snow and ice. Shovels and ice melter are provided — please use them as needed for safe footing around the cottage. Local Wildlife: The proximity to Ethan Allen Park means occasional wildlife visitors. Please don't feed them and keep trash secured. Emergency Information: In case of emergency call 911. Familiarize yourself with exits upon arrival.
