The space The "Authentic" apartment is located on Rue Jean Jaurès, it has an ideal location for visiting Saumur and its Castle. On the 3rd and top floor of a very quiet building, made of stone, you will discover a beautiful space for two or four people. A large living room with a sitting area with several armchairs and sofas as well as a dining area. A fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine (filter and ground coffee), oven, stove, hood... Two beautiful bedrooms, each with a double bed and storage A bathroom with a shower cabin, sink and washing machine. A toilet Please note that this place isn't suitable for children under 3 because the railing leading to the staircase isn't solid. You have a magnificent view, take the opportunity to disconnect, stroll, visit, read and admire! No wifi or TV available. Free parking on the right side of the street, and paid parking on the quays. Other things to note We provide bed linen and towels (one per person), please indicate your number of guests in the reservation and let us know if you need both beds. We will automatically come by after your stay to clean and prepare the space for the next guests. We want to ensure the cleanliness of the space and we will ask you to respect our work, and to return the space to us in a correct state of cleanliness (equipment is available to give a little clean up during your stay and before departure). Any excess in terms of cleanliness will result in an additional charge. Trash cans are to be placed on the ground floor in the containers. Please sort your waste and take back your glass bottles.
