Delphine welcomes you to her spacious and fully equipped family home, located in Saulx-Marchais, a village close to the region's main tourist attractions and activities. Enjoy the terrace in the summer, the barbecue, and a large garden, perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. Located just a few kilometers from Versailles (27 km), Thoiry (4 km), Rambouillet (27 km), and Montfort-l’Amaury, you will enjoy a peaceful setting, perfect for recharging your batteries as a family or with friends. The space The house is located in the heart of the village and offers you: On the ground floor: A large living-dining room with a table for 10 people, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, Senseo machine, filter coffee maker, etc.), toilet/laundry room (washing machine and dryer) Upstairs: - 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub + shower and another with a large shower), and 1 separate toilet. - 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed 160x200cm - 3 bedrooms, each with 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm) - 1 baby crib and a booster seat are available for toddlers. Bed linen and bath towels are provided during your stay, and the beds are made upon your arrival. Garden side: - A large, fully enclosed garden, ideal for pets, is at your disposal. Very pleasant in summer, it will allow you to enjoy a dining table under the pergola, as well as a charcoal barbecue. - Long chairs are also provided for your leisure time. - Garden games are also available for young and old. There is also a foosball table upstairs, books for all ages, board games, and toys for children. Guest access Guests can park up to 5 cars on the property, including one covered space available in the garage. - Check-in: anytime after 4 p.m. You can check in to the property in person or independently using a lockbox. - Check-out: 10am Nearby towns: Thoiry, Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines, Montfort-l'Amaury, Versailles, Rambouillet, etc. Other things to note - The accommodation is Non Smoking. - As the trash is collected only once a week, we kindly ask for your help in taking it out on the appropriate days (see notice in the house). - One room in the house is not accessible because it is used for the needs of the vacation rental (storage). - For safety reasons, the basement is also inaccessible. - For security and insurance purposes, the number of people declared at the time of booking must be the same as the number of occupants of the property. - Events such as bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, birthday parties, weddings, christenings, gender reveals, garden rentals, etc., are not allowed.
