A sanitary area with shower and 2 additional toilets. 1st floor: 2 bedrooms Garage: 2 parking spaces. Possible to park a little further on land adjoining small road of other vehicles. Outside: Nice terrace 20 meters from the house. No garden. Autumn: 3000 m2 sloping plot. Lots of chestnut trees. You can harvest and taste chestnuts if you wish. Guest access Key box on site allowing you to arrive from 3 p.m. and leave before 11 a.m. depending on the time you want.
