It has been recently renovated and has all the necessary comforts to spend an unforgettable stay in the city. The historic centre begins just across the bridge, making it a magnificent location to discover Seville and all its corners from a neighbourhood as special and traditional as Triana. The space This one bedroom flat is located on the ground floor of a very traditional Sevillian building, a large courtyard that brings light and tranquillity to all the flats. The bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe. The bathroom has a very large shower with shower screen. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, such as coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave.... It also has a dishwasher and washing machine. The living room has a double sofa bed, TV and split air conditioning. The air conditioning works in hot and cold mode, although the temperature cannot be regulated, it works correctly in both modes and cools and heats the rooms to the appropriate standard temperature. It has high-speed fibre optic WiFi, the router is for the exclusive use of the flat, so this wifi network is not shared with anyone else. The flat also has a travel cot for families travelling with babies. We have an extra mattress, so that your baby's rest is even more comfortable. Guest access Guests will have private access to 100% of the property. The service includes changing bed linen and towels and cleaning for stays longer than 3 nights at the guest's request, as well as reception and luggage storage services. Other things to note Access to the flat is possible from 4pm onwards. However, there is flexibility and it would be possible to receive you earlier (subject to possibility). Check-out is at 11am. However, we have a late check-out service which allows you to leave later if it is compatible with other bookings (subject to availability).
