Iconic house La Guazadera

Iconic house with a certified organic garden, divided into three separate apartments. It has a heated infinity pool & shared patio, ocean view and incredible sunrises. Located in the sunny village of Güímar (5 min. walk). 29 minutes from TFS and TFN. Beach 10 minutes away. In harmony with nature, away from the tourist crowds but close to the island's attractions. (7 minutes from the highway). Air conditioning, dishwasher and SMEG appliances. The space After 7 years of construction, we opened 2 years ago. We quickly received very positive feedback, but we decided to listen to the very few who had complained about the noise from the street. That's why this year we have reinvested all the profits in improving this aspect. So we just installed new, stunning interior doors and windows, made by a carpenter who works in a traditional way to preserve the house's heritage (he doesn't use screws, but rather dowels, for example). Inside they have a wide foam rubber strip for sound insulation, and underneath there is a rubber weather strip that comes down when we close the door to seal it, completely isolating the apartment from the street. The opportunity was also taken to install air conditioning, a dishwasher, and purchase luxury SMEG brand appliances. We have also taken advantage of the off-season to completely empty the pool and clean it thoroughly, and we have painted the street-facing facade (protected by heritage). The property has the official classification and certification of the Cabildo de Tenerife as an emblematic house for non-hotel tourism. The gardens are certified as organic crops by the ICCA. So we look forward to seeing you in our beautiful home! Guest access The pool and patio are for shared use. During your stay Guests have access to an infinity pool, a large patio, and the garden. The garden is the result of a huge effort by the farmers, so please be especially respectful of this space.
