Luxurious family home in the Alps

Relax with family and friends in our stylish family home in the Alps! A lovingly restored ancient farm, the house effortlessly combines traditional and modern details. Less than one hour from Geneva, and a 40 minute drive from Chamonix, Megève, Samoens, La Clusaz, and Annecy, it is a perfect base for mountain adventures in all seasons. The space Enjoy family time in our spectacular kitchen/dining area, with high ceilings and plenty of natural light! The kitchen is fully equipped with both a tradional and steam oven, induction stove top with 4-5 hobs, fridge, freezer, microwave, DeLonghi coffee machine, plates, cutlery, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. Enjoy a leisurely meal at the kitchen island, extendible dining table, or even dine outside on the terrace during the summer months. On cold evenings, relax in our cosy sitting room with traditional stone walls and a woodburning stove. For Christmas bookings, we will provide a tastefully decorated driftwood Christmas tree. The house has four large and comfortable bedrooms, spread over two floors. Downstairs, we have one room with a double bed and views of the garden. Upstairs there is the parental bedroom with stunning views of the church framed by the Mole. The accommodation is completed with two children's bedrooms, one with a triple bunkbed, the other with a single bed hidden away in a rustic wooden cabin. If you are travelling with small children, please let us know in advance so we can leave out some age-appropriate toys and books. We can also provide a highchair, baby bath, changing table, and cot. For those who wish to work from home, there is a well set up home office, which includes a standing desk, office chair, and Internet access. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the house, except the attic, garage and two cellars. Other things to note - The house is suitable for up to four adults and four children. - This is our much loved family home where we live with our children, so it is really important that guests are respectful of the rules. - Valid insurance and civil responsibility certificates must be provided. - Smoking/ vaping/ e-cigarettes are not permitted inside the house, on the terrace, or when using the hammock. - Pets are not permitted. - For safety reasons, it is not permitted to use the woodburner.
