Welcome to our centrally located 700 square foot home. Enjoy all that historic Perth has to offer at this quaint “little house with a big heart” that has been in my family for over 50 years. Located on Gore St. E. & within walking distance to all downtown amenities. Our home is best suited for 1-4 travellers and pets but we can accommodate a maximum of 6 humans. Carpet/smoke free. The space Our 700 square foot house is one block from Tim Horton’s and features an open concept living area with a double bed in one bedroom and a twin trundle in the other. Reclining couch (double) offers additional space if required. Please make arrangements in advance to ensure that enough linens and towels are prepared for your visit with us. Guest access Guests will enjoy the entire house plus parking for two. Keyless entry offers a flexible check in and departure time. Although we have a Keurig many guests enjoy the Tim Horton’s located one block away. Other things to note Window A/C unit and ceiling fans in every room. Gas furnace. Please turn off when you leave. Keyless entry. WiFi code on the fridge. Use Panasonic remote to turn television on/off and adjust volume. Roku remote to access stations. Please enjoy your stay and reach out if you have any concerns.
