The house is equipped with every comfort. Each bedroom has its own air conditioning unit. Many amenities in the park such as two heated swimming pools, a swimming lake with beach, a mini golf course, tennis courts, jeu de boulle courts and table tennis tables. Glass fiber connection of 500 mbps with WiFi available. The living room has a split-system air conditioner for cooling and heating. The wood-burning stove may only be used in consultation and with suitable dried wood. It is not an all-purpose burner. House has a 220v 16 ampere charging point for electric cars on the outside. If exceeding 50 KWH per 6 nights, €0.35 per KWH will be charged. Guest access Access is via an access code. To lock the door, first push the door handle up and then press the lock button on the lock inside or on the keypad outside. Other things to note The house is located in Village Le Chat, right next to Golf international de la Préze. A well-known 18-hole golf course with an 18-hole pitch and putt. Tennis rackets, a mini golf club and jeu de boulle balls are available in the house. There is also a BBQ available. Please separate waste in the yellow and black bags. In the yellow bags, you can put tin, plastic and paper. In the black bags, please put food leftovers and residual waste. Upon departure, please return to the waste point at the north entrance. Bedding and towels must be brought by yourself. Swimming pool is open from May to September. The house is 12 minutes' drive from the Intermarche in Montbron and 25 minutes from the very large hypermarket E-Leclerc in the beautiful La Rochefoucauld. In the area, a canoe trip can be made, and there is an outdoor go-kart track for both children and adults. Cities such as Limoges and Angouleme are both less than an hour's hour from the house.
