The space Rambutan House sits in the tropical forest on the slopes of Nevis Peak, on the grounds of a former sugar estate. From the wraparound balcony, take in ocean views; step outside and wander through jungle paths to see the old mill, stone walls, and other ruins around the property. Guest access Guests of the apartment have access to: A large shared swimming pool A wraparound balcony with multiple seating areas A pool table and common spaces in the main house During your stay The owners live on the property and are usually available if you need assistance. The main host is retired, so you’ll often find him around the house or grounds, happy to answer questions, offer local tips, or share stories about the estate’s history. If you prefer more privacy, that’s respected too—you’ll have your own private entrance and space. Should you need anything urgently, the owners are easily reachable by phone and quick to respond.
