Welcome to our holiday home in Gräddö - a peaceful oasis by the water, perfect for relaxing during the Swedish summer. This newly-built large wooden house is equipped with all the amenities you'll need for a relaxing vacation. With three spacious bedrooms and a large living room with both dining area and kitchen, there is plenty of space for the whole family. Out on the 150 sqm terrace in a sunny south-facing location, there are sun beds for relaxation, a large dining area for dinners and a lovely lounge sofa. The space The area has everything you can wish for a perfect vacation experience. Close to both swimming areas for lovely dips, an ICA store for all your shopping needs, and the marina where you can enjoy good food at the restaurant or something tasty from the café and ice cream stand. In the marina, you will find the company Kajak och Uteliv, which offers kayak rentals and arranges various guided kayak tours in the archipelago. Guest access Guests have access to the main house. Guests do not have access to the guest house or storage room. Other things to note An electric car charger is available on the property. If guests wish to use the electric car charger, contact the host, and it can be arranged for a fee for the electricity consumed.
