Guest access Guests can expect a blend of comfort and convenience with access to a suite of resort amenities, ensuring a stay that is both relaxing and enjoyable. The living room is designed as a combined space where guests can dine and relax. Outside, a downstairs patio offers a private area to unwind in the Florida sunshine. Additionally, the location within the Regal Oaks resort means that guests can enjoy the community's recreational offerings, including pools and entertainment facilities, just steps from the theme park fun of Old Town. During your stay All Air BnB related communication will take place on the Air BnB messenger app. Any non-emergencies will be handled within 24 hours. All emergencies will be handled immediately. Other things to note We cherish a respectful and considerate environment. All guests are encouraged to act with kindness and courtesy. To maintain a shared harmonious space, please enjoy the living room without monopolizing it, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to use it. Each room is equipped with a television for your personal viewing pleasure. Group viewings in communal areas should be mutually agreed upon by all guests. Your consideration for others enhances the experience for everyone. Requirements for Booking This Listing: 1) Potential guest is to have multiple 5-star reviews, with no negative reviews. 2) Potential guest is to have 3 forms of Identification on their profiles (driver's license/passport, email, phone number.) 3) No newly created profiles or profiles with 0 reviews. 4) Long-term stay (more than 28 day) will need to place 30 days at a time. For example, a 90-day reservation request will need to place three 30 day stay reservations. Any requestor that fails to meet those requirements or has a newly created profile with no reviews, will not be accepted and they will be asked to withdraw/cancel their reservation request. Noise Curfew (no loud television or music) weekdays 10PM and weekends 11PM. ***All Cameras in the perimeter of the home, will be recording (video/sound) at all times. *** ---------------------------------------------------------- Initial Supplies: All guests will be provided with the following initial supplies: - 2x rolls of toilet paper - Coffee for the first couple of days - 3 laundry detergent pods Beyond this, additional supplies will not be provided, and guests will need to purchase their own. -------------------------------------------------------------- This is a vacation style resort/community. With that being said, there may be periods of time where neighbors or other properties will have unruly guests partying past the 11P.M. curfew. Other homeowners and I will do our best to mitigate this by contacting security or reporting a noise complaint to the sheriff's department. The above issues mentioned are extenuating circumstances outside of my control. These notes are meant for full transparency for potential guests.
