Enjoy, in this large house for 11 people, the heated swimming pool (from April 11 to October 11, 2024) close to the seaside. The house offers 5 bedrooms, including 2 master suites. All comfort, with ping-pong table, pétanque court, and fireplace for rainy weekends. Located near the shops, reach one of the most beautiful beaches in Pénestin, La Mine d'Or, in 3 minutes by car, or by small bike paths for the more sporty. A refreshing stopover with the family. The space Lucille, from the Conciergerie Les Idées du Large, will be your contact person before and during your stay, and will do everything she can to ensure you have a most enjoyable holiday. You will find everything you need to get your stay off to a good start: coffee, tea, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, as well as a comprehensive welcome booklet to help you quickly get organized and discover this beautiful corner of Morbihan. You will be responsible for cleaning the accommodation, but a cleaning service is available if you prefer not to do it yourself. For your comfort, we provide bath mats, hand towels, and tea towels. Please bring your own sheets and towels. Here are some convenient services to request before arrival: - Travel cot, high chair: Free - Cleaning: €130 - 2-night cleaning: €100 - Bed linen for 2 people (duvet cover, fitted sheet, 2 pillowcases): €15, your bed will be made upon your arrival. - Bed linen for 1 person: €10, bed made upon arrival. - Towels: large towel €3, small towel €2. - Additional time for arrival (between 4 pm and 7 pm, 8 pm maximum) or departure (before 11 am): €10/hour upon request, subject to availability. The house has 5 bedrooms: 2 master suites with shower room, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds, and 1 bedroom with a large 180cm bed, or 2 small single beds depending on your convenience. (3 additional beds are possible, with supplement, on request: the sofa bed on the mezzanine, and the trundle bed in the children's bedroom). You will also find, upstairs, a bright bathroom equipped with a bathtub and a shower. Take advantage of the mezzanine space, with a sofa bed, a television and a play area for children. Outside, have lunch on the terrace, or enjoy the activities in the garden: swimming pool heated to 26° (from May 5 to November 5), deckchairs, deck chairs, ping-pong table and pétanque court. Finally, for practical details, the house has a scullery with washing machine and dryer, storage space, as well as a covered, lockable terrace to store your bikes. Animals are welcomed with pleasure, on prior request, with a supplement of €5 per day per animal. You will make sure to carefully pick up the needs of your animals in the garden, for the comfort of everyone, and especially the following travelers. Guest access You will have access to the entire accommodation: House, enclosed terrace, scullery, terrace, garden, heated swimming pool, ping-pong table, pétanque court and pétanque balls.
