This stunning villa with private pool is located in a quiet area on the outskirts of the cities, in a recent urbanization still under development. There is private parking outside the property. About the Property: This property with private pool and air conditioning in the bed-rooms was designed for your dream vacation and is available to accommodate 7 people. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms, living and dining room, equipped kitchen, parking space for 2 cars and a spectacular terrace with outdoor furniture and swimming pool, ideal for sunbathing and adult play. and kids, not to mention the spectacular barbecues that never end. In the basement of the property, accessed by stairs, we can find a relaxation and fun area, with a snooker table, table football, television, darts and sofas. On the ground floor we can find an equipped kitchen for 7 people, with an electric oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine and cooking utensils. Living room, where you can relax on the comfortable sofas or watch cable TV and use the free WIFI we have at your disposal, dining area, where you can find a table and chairs for 7 people. We also have a bedroom with a double bed and a complete bathroom. On the top floor, accessed by stairs, we can find: 2 bedrooms with wardrobes, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and 1 complete bathroom. Both rooms have a balcony. Outside the house, with direct access from the living room and kitchen, we can find one of the highlights of this spectacular holiday home, the extraordinary south-facing terrace with a 7m*3.5m swimming pool, maintained with chlorine, with a depth between 1.20m and 1.50m, prepared for your favorite dives, equipped with a table and chairs for your meals, lounge area with sun loungers to relax and enjoy a nice glass of wine, barbecue so you can grill while enjoying the splendid Algarve sun . The pool is not heated, but if the weather is hot, as it faces south and gets sun all day, it can easily reach temperatures above 30º in summer. Other things to note Payment of the tourist tax in the municipality of Albufeira is mandatory in accordance with regulation no. 488/2024, subject to a fine.
