Resort has beach accesses with shower, 3 seasonal outdoor pools, indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, gym, playground, tennis & more! Villa is next to historic Fort Fisher, 1.1 mi. to the Aquarium, 1.8 mi. to KB pier & a quick ride to the lively CB Boardwalk! Have fun with the whole family at this spacious private villa at the quiet end of Pleasure Island! The space Enjoy ocean bliss at Seastar Villa. The Villa is a two- story end unit nestled in maritime forest grove across the street from the ocean. You can see the water through the trees from both porches! The open living area is spacious and full of light. Double patio doors lead to a private deck where there is a porch swing and outdoor furniture for relaxing The kitchen is fully equipped and includes pots, pans, spices, cutting boards, salt, pepper and olive oil. There is a kitchen bar and separate dining area for meals or game nights. We have a drip coffee maker, double oven and a dishwasher. The front stairs lead to two bedrooms, each with a private full bath, the master bedroom has a king size bed and a private deck with partial ocean views. There is a full size with twin upper bunk bed with trundle in the second bedroom. Tv’s in the master bedroom and living room with apps and high speed internet are available for your convenience. A washer and a dryer are available in the unit. Beach chairs and toys are stocked for your use! Sorry, no pets are allowed per HOA. Discounts are available for long-term stays off season. Please no loud parties and no smoking. Quiet hours after 9 pm please for our neighbors:) Villa is routinely treated for pests by the HOA, but it is summer at the beach so please let us know if there are any issues. Update! The Aquarium at fort fisher will be closing 5/26/26 for major renovations!!! Guest access The keypad is located on the front door of condo, parking and access passes are provided for ocean dunes resort amenities! Seastar villa is in a private resort and has parking for up to three cars in the carport. Additional guest parking is available at the resort (with a pass). Other things to note Ocean Dunes is located at the end of Pleasure Island in Kure Beach/Fort Fisher. The Kure Beach Fishing Pier is one of the oldest on the Atlantic Coast. The original pier was built in 1923. Kure Beach is recognized as one of the “Best Family Vacations in the Southeast” by TripSavvy, Kure Beach offers kid-friendly attractions that keep families coming back to this coastal gem year after year. Enjoy sunrises and moon rises over the ocean, watch for dolphins, take a surf lesson, stroll along the beach or hunt for shells. Kure Beach Oceanfront Park has live music the 1st & 3rd Sunday May - Oct, great restaurants at the pier and a cute coffee shop. There is more shopping, dining, live music and amusement rides (in season) in lively Carolina Beach. During the summer there is also live music and fireworks on Thursdays at the CB boardwalk and Movies at the Lake on Sundays. You can also take a trip to quaint Southport on the 35 min. Fort Fisher Ferry. Visit numerous film locations for Safe Haven and Outer Banks! Fort Fisher State Recreation Area is home to 16 threatened and endangered species, including Loggerhead sea turtles in the warmer months and hawks, warblers and peregrine falcons in the fall. It is also home to 212 species of birds Check out the coquina rock formation at the beach which is home to a very rare and distinctive mossy hard rock outcropping. Only visible during low tide, the rock is cemented together by seashells and coral with an estimated origin ranging from 12,000 to 80,000 years ago. Located near the coast of Fort Fisher, it is a true natural wonder and remains the only rock formation on the coast of North Carolina that is home to a variety of wildlife.
