Guest access Do not enter garage Other things to note Please take sometime to read this important rules: Neighborhood Rules: This home is located in a private, quiet neighborhood and we strictly enforce the following policies to respect our neighbors and community: • No parties. Only small family gatherings or BBQs are allowed. • Maximum of 8 cars. If your group requires more vehicles, please carpool and park extras at the shopping plazas near the highway exit before arriving. Do not park in front of any neighbor’s home or yard under any circumstances. • No lingering, smoking, or socializing in the front yard. All activity should take place inside or in the backyard only. • Do not be outside past 11:00 PM. Quiet hours are strictly enforced. All conversations and activity must move indoors, and all doors should be locked. • The entire exterior of the property is monitored 24/7 by security cameras and vigilant neighbors. The neighbor next door is a high-ranking police officer, and the neighbor across the street helps us monitor the property. • If we notice signs of a party, excess noise, or neighborhood disturbance, the police will be called immediately and all guests will be escorted off the property without warning or refund. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a peaceful and respectful environment.
