There are three bedrooms to bring the whole family or your group of friends! Bedroom 1 has a King size bed, Bedroom 2 offering a queen and twin bed , Bedroom 3 a full/twin bunkbed. There is also a pull out bed in the living room. A very spacious kitchen, living room, and dinning area to enjoy! There is an inflatable hot tub you can soak away your worries, while you take in the gorgeous mountain views. equipped with heated floors and central air, you will be in comfort from summer to winter. An above ground pool, grill, playground and outside area are there for your entertainment! This location is on a mountain top offering amazing trails for four wheelers / side by sides! Happy to assist in suggesting trails for those who want a little adventure! The lawn is fenced in and also has a fence within the fence for your four legged family members. Located in the house is a state of the art sauna to enjoy. A short drive to Lake Champlain, Bridge to Vermont, Historic Ticonderoga , Hiking / ATV trails, Lake George, War Cannon Brewery and so much more. There is something for everyone to enjoy in the house and surrounding area.
