Relax with the whole family at this recently renovated 3bedroom, 2 bath, Beaver Lake bungalow. You can enjoy Beaver Lake fun within minutes as the house is located just steps to a public boat ramp. If lake activities aren't enough you are minutes away from mountain bike trails and hiking trails. You can also explore War Eagle Cavern, Hobbs State Park, and War Eagle Mill, as all are just minutes away. Downtown Eureka and Rogers are within a 20-30 min drive. The space This property is perfect if you have a small boat you would like to bring with you. There is parking for boat and ramp access just down the hill from the house. *we do not offer any boat parking at docks, boat will have to be trailered in and out each day. The property has a small side yard for games and offers plenty of parking. The hill is a little steep so please keep that in mind when planning trips down to the lake. This is the lake so there are no real city street lights and it gets very dark at night. Please use caution as we do have deer, raccoons, and other wildlife around.
