Guest access -Entire Tiny Home -Private Trails -Pond -Large meadow perfect for any activity that requires lots of room Other things to note -Walking trails are closed from November 1st to December 31st! -There are two other Airbnbs on the property that share the same trails and open meadows. We ask you please be respectful to your fellow travelers. -Unauthorized Parties are STRICTLY PROHIBITED! A large fine will be charged on top of any damages or additional cleaning. -no pets -no smoking -no Wi-Fi -We don't provide a tv but if you wish to bring your own we certainly don’t mind! --The pond is not a swimming pond. -The old dining hall is currently being remodeled and turned into a 5 bedroom lodge called The Scrapyard. You will likely be seeing some construction traffic during your stay. Currently they are working on exterior windows, doors and siding. Also working on interior plumbing. We are excited seeing it come to life! Where to find the outdoor games: In the Dining Hall overlooking the meadow. This is also where the pickleball court is located. CAUTION: Please stay off the ice if the pond freezes! There are multiple streams running through the pound making the ice, if there is any, very fragile.
