Still the same spacious listing, but with 2.5 baths and huge living room and kitchen, but for a smaller group or family; sleeps 6 very comfortably in two queens and a king sized bed. Additional sleeping accommodations in an additional twin, and two pull out couches, totaling 11 maximum guests. We are minutes away from UMass Amherst/Five College Area, Deerfield Academy and Quonquont Farm. The space This is our reduced size listing and provides a three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath with full dining room, kitchen, and living room. This is not a shared listing with anyone other than your own group. Please consider the following when booking and adding guests; there are three traditional upstairs bedrooms with two queens and a king bed between the three rooms. Once you fill those three beds, any additional guests will be in other accommodations outside of traditional bedrooms, or in traditional beds. Those accommodations may be for example, dual-purposed rooms, pull out couches, or air mattresses, and may require doubling a room up in order to accommodate the guests you bring.
