Lake’sEdge Getaway~River access

Bring the whole family to this unique, spacious house. Right on the McKenzie River as it flows in to Leaburg Lake with a shared access dock on the water. There’s a private yard with a gazebo, big back deck and towering trees! It sleeps up to eight with a king bed, a queen bed and four twin beds. There’s a large, nice kitchen with all you need and three full bathrooms! Far enough out of town for peace and adventure, while still convenient. Close to rafting, hiking, hot springs, Hoodoo and more! The space The house is located next to the river just outside of the town of Vida, Oregon. It has a nice private yard with beautiful plants and tall trees. There is a shared access stairway to a dock on the river. The stairs and dock are shared with the house next-door, which is also a vacation rental. There is a large privacy fence around the stairs and river access to provide some shelter for those using the stairway and dock. It provides some privacy from both houses. The house is close to the Vida market and gas station, as well as the Vida Cafe and Ike’s Pizza. Not too far from the town of Springfield if you need something from town, but far enough out of the city to be in the quiet peace of nature. The Leaburg Lake, a park and the fish hatchery are just a few miles from the house as well. It’s close to fishing, swimming, hiking, golfing, waterfalls, and everything else the McKenzie River area has to offer! Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, entire yard, and the shared access stairs and dock on the river
