It has a large cactus garden and a swimming pool, both for exclusive use. The villa consists of a living room with TV, a kitchen equipped with a washing machine, induction cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, etc. 1 bedroom with a 1.50m double bed, as well as a bathroom with shower. Guest access All areas including a 700m2 garden, terrace, and swimming pool are for the EXCLUSIVE use of the house and are not shared with anyone else. From January 2025: 100% Renewable Energy One of the highlights of the property is its charming outdoor area overlooking the volcanoes, where you will find a private pool surrounded by sun loungers, and a shaded terrace with a dining area and a seating area where you can relax with a good local beer in the evening. The village of La Oliva has numerous places of interest such as La Casa de Los Coroneles, El Museo de la Cilla or la Iglesia en whose plaza you will find local shops, pizzeria, bars and pharmacy. The nearest beaches are located in El Cotillo (10 minutes to the west), Dunas de Corralejo (10 minutes to the East) or those of Majanicho (10 minutes to the north). Guests can also visit the volcanoes surrounding the house such as Volcán de la Arena or Escanfraga (both 1km away). The island airport is a 25-minute drive. Private parking is available in the property.
