It consists of a large cactus garden and swimming pool (with the option to heat it for an extra €10/day) both for exclusive use. The villa consists of a living room with TV, a kitchen equipped with washing machine, induction kitchen, microwave, fridge, etc. 1 bedroom with a double bed of 1.50 m, as well as bathroom with shower. Guest access All areas including 700m2 garden and terrace and pool are for the EXCLUSIVE use of the house without being shared by anyone else. The pool is HEATED and its activation is OPTIONAL with prior notice so that it can be heated for arrival and has a cost of €10/day not included in the booking price. The village of La Oliva has numerous places of interest such as La Casa de Los Coroneles, El Museo de la Cilla or the Church in whose square you will find local shops, pizzeria, bars and pharmacy. The nearest beaches are in El Cotillo (10 minutes west), Dunas de Corralejo (10 minutes east) or Majanicho (10 minutes north). Guests can also visit the volcanoes surrounding the house such as Volcán de la Arena or Volcán de Escanfraga (both 1 km away). The island's airport is a 25-minute drive away. Private parking is available on the property. Weekly change of sheets and towels is included in the price.
