The space I offer here an apartment of 30 m2 on the ground floor located on the 6th floor (elevator to the 5th) with a bedroom of about 12 m2 and a bed of 140, a bathroom with toilet and bathtub, a living room with dining table and television, a kitchen with gas stove and washing machine with integrated dryer, and a south-facing terrace overlooking all of Paris, including the Eiffel Tower, and without facing. The bedroom is north-facing with a view of the Sacré-Cœur and has, in case of high heat, a fan with a silent mode. This apartment is not a hotel, it is my residential accommodation, so you will also find personal belongings, but of course, I will free up space in my closets and dressers so that you can store your clothes.
