The resort accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Pre-paid cards, checks and credit card authorization forms are not accepted. •Pets are not permitted. •Daily housekeeping is available at an additional charge. •No shows and early departures will not receive a refund. •Smoking is not permitted within resort buildings. However, guests who smoke are permitted to do so outside in designated areas. Any violation of this policy will incur a fee. •In order to accommodate rental guests at this resort, it may be necessary to make a room change during a guest stay. The resort will do everything possible to avoid this unlikely event. However, should the need arise to change your room, you will be advised at the time of check-in. •You expressly understand and agree that the resort may charge your credit card for any violation of the resort’s Rules and Regulations, including but not limited to violations of the smoking and pet policies and any damages to your room or the resort caused by you or your guests. The Tenant affirms they will follow all policies and rules of the resort, as notified upon arrival and occupancy of the unit, including check-out time, as many resorts assess a fee for late check-out. • The Tenant accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or Resort property during the rental period by Tenant or Tenant's guests. • The Tenant hereby indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless against any and all claims of personal health/sickness, injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the Resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Other: This is a fully transferrable timeshare unit - so the reservation is booked under the name of the main individual checking in. Check-in is much like the experience at a hotel.
