Jazmines House in Playa Flamenca

Hi, my name is Toma. My husband Algirdas and I created this home as a place for us to recharge. 
My morning routine here starts with meditation and greeting the sun with a cup of coffee on an empty beach that is only a 2-minute walk from the house. I am a Master of Kuksando (a traditional Korean practice) and a specialist in traditional Korean medicine, so we put effort into making sure that the house is set up following the theory of 5 Elements and the energies of Yin and Yan. The space You will not find a TV here – that is on purpose. We want our guests to enjoy the company of each other, and the views from the balcony, watch the birds on the terrace and make use of our small library. But on the balcony, you can enjoy the sea, and on the terrace – views of wildlife. You will find an air conditioner in the living room, but not the bedrooms. The bedrooms are equipped with fans that help cool the air so that the air conditioners do not disturb your sleep. Algirdas is a writer and the author of several books. If you come from Lithuania, you will be able to read some of his books that you will find in the living room. If you read English, you will also find a selection of interesting books from our personal library. 
If you enjoy exercise or meditation, you will find a couple of yoga mats, a speaker for music, and even a wooden sword for Kuksando martial arts practice. You are more of a beach person? Great. In our house, you will find two beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach cooler. On the ground floor of the terraced house, you will find a living room with a fireplace and a comfortable seater sofa. The fully equipped kitchen is attached to the living room. The kitchen has a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a full-size fridge and freezer, a microwave, an oven, a stovetop, a juicer, an ice maker and other useful kitchen equipment. The living room opens onto a terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture and an umbrella. The terrace faces a wild field that is inhabited by a variety of birds and rabbits. There is a small bathroom with a sink next to the living room. The second floor consists of a large bathroom with a shower and three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a cosy balcony looking out into the wild field and the sea. All 3 bedrooms have comfortable double beds. Guest access Adults only stay. The guests can access all rooms. Other things to note Parking and surroundings Our cottage is in a private gated territory with parking. We are located just a few minutes walk to the beautiful beaches of Playa Flamenca, playa de la Zenia, a nudist beach, and many others. A popular grocery store Mercadona is just 500 meters away so fresh seafood, fruit and vegetables as well as local wines will be easily available.
