The Farmhouse Unit is the second floor unit of the Bay Wind House, a charming historic house with whimsical themes and updated amenities located smack dab in the middle of Green Bay’s many attractions. Less than 10 minutes from Lambeau Stadium, Titletown, Old Downtown Restaurant District, the Fox River Trail, the University of Wisconsin campus, Bay Beach Amusement Park, and Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary. The space The perfect place to relax after a summer adventure, make your home base for a Packers game, or get cozy cooking a warm meal on a cool fall evening! Guests will enjoy the fully stocked kitchen, large dining room, and living room complete with board games and Roku TV. To avoid any confusion, potential guests should thoroughly read ALL information below before requesting to book. (We promise that the info below will better prepare you for your trip and answer 99% of your questions!) Thank you! UNIT PERKS: --This rental includes a kitchen with a fridge/freezer, sink, stove, oven, microwave, toaster oven, blender & coffee maker. Essentials like plates, cups, cookware, utensils, & paper towels will be provided for your use. (Please note that there is not a dishwasher at this property.) --Guests can gather around the large dining room table to enjoy each other’s company over a good meal! --Along with coffee, creamer and sweetener are provided. --Spacious, freshly remodeled bathroom. --A hair dryer, showering essentials, and bath towels are available. --Back bedroom has a closet with clothes hangers and a dresser. The back bedroom also features a desk and can be used as an office space. SLEEPING SET UP: Farmhouse sleeps a max of 6 people: Two bedrooms (queen beds) and a pull out couch (queen size) in the living room. Mattresses provided are Sleep Innovations memory foam mattresses. There is a memory foam pillow topper in the closet which we recommend for use with the pull out couch. TECHNOLOGY: --A Roku smart TV is hooked up in your living area, though we recommend exploring the town and local outdoor adventures over the tube! ;) --WiFi is provided. --A shared washer/dryer is available for your use in the basement. CHECK-IN INFO: --Guests who book will receive detailed check-in instructions and a key code for entry on the morning of their scheduled arrival. All of this will be communicated through AirBnB messenger. --Check-in is any time between 4 p.m. and 9 p.m.; there will likely be guests in the unit above you so if arriving late please be very mindful of noise levels. --Check-out: Guests must check out by 10 a.m. so that we can clean/prepare for our next guests before they arrive. --Our cancellation policy is Moderate Guest access Guests will have full access to the unit. At least one host is always available via text. Other things to note We welcome guests of all backgrounds! However, due to prior disrespectful renters and property damage, we will only be accepting booking requests from: --AirBnB users who are "verified" and who already have positive reviews from other hosts. --Renters that are above the age of 25. --Renters who are not bringing pets. --A maximum of 6 guests per reservation. Extra guests are not allowed. In order to keep the home in excellent condition for future guests, we are firm on these rules. We apologize for this inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. ***Smoking is NOT allowed inside or around the property. If there is any evidence smoking occurred inside or within 50 feet of the property (smoke smell, ashes, paraphernalia, etc) there will be an additional $300 cleaning charge. ***Note that the driveway is shared with the neighboring house (split clearly down the middle by differing pavement types). Please be respectful of the neighbor’s space and make sure that parked vehicles do not block their driveway. ***Note that if you are bringing infants/babies, the unit is NOT baby-proofed. (Furniture is not secured to walls, outlet blockers are not included, cabinets/drawers are not locked, etc.) You assume responsibilities for all guests. ***Note that the upper unit may be rented out at the same time, so there is potential for noise from other guests. ***Note both units are controlled by the main thermostat. To ensure the comfort of all our guests the temperature has been set to heat to 68 and cool to 73. If you would like to adjust the temperature in the bedrooms please use the ac units or space heaters provided. Also feel free to open windows (please remember to close windows whenever leaving the house). ***Note there is a flight of stairs to enter the unit (both back and front doors). CITY OF GREEN BAY ORDINANCES We love the Green Bay community and want to make sure everyone has the opportunity to enjoy it! Please be mindful of the following City Ordinances during your stay: --Parked vehicles must not block the street or sidewalk, or any other public right-of-way. --Parking on the grass is not allowed. Vehicles must be parked in the designated parking areas on the driveway. --Parking on the street is prohibited between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. --Garbage must be placed inside of the provided containers with covers. --No person shall produce unreasonably loud noise (not to exceed 80 dB(A)) between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
