Relax with the family at this peaceful property located 16 mins from Ballarat CBD. This property is located on a dead-end road, surrounded by bush. The road is unsealed gravel road approximately 1.6km long. We are located 5 mins to the local Ross Creek shop that does amazing take aways on the weekends. DTC is a short drive and has supermarkets, Kmart, bunnings, movies theatres and plenty of dining options. The famous Sovereign Hill and Ballarat Wildlife Park are only 15 mins drive. The space Independent large one bedroom unit. 1 x king size bed and 2 x single beds.All bedding and linen supplied. Full kitchenette with microwave, fridge, hotplate, air firer, toaster, kettle, dishes, cutlery, tea, coffee and milk supplied. Lounge area has one double sofa and one armchair. TV with full WIFI access. Full bathroom with shower and washing machine. Iron and iron board, cleaning products including a broom and mop and Towels supplied. Free WIFI and parking for one car. Plenty of space for other cars. Dogs are welcome, however need to be on leads when out due my own dogs. There is a kennel next to the unit available for use. Please note that the heating is a wood fire. Wood is supplied in the price. The fire will be set up and ready to light. If you have not used a wood fire before please ensure to message so that instructions and be sent. I can offer agistment of two horses with your stay. Small shared paddock or two large day yards. All professional horse fencing, use of Olympic sized dressage arena and bush rides out the front gate. Agistment is by negotiation. EV charging will be $25 per night. Strictly NO smoking inside at this property. An area outside can be provided, but preferred Nonsmoking. Lo Guest access Access is through the undercover carport. Key location will be passed on prior to arrival. Parking is in front of the big shed, next to the bins. There is a small step into the unit. Sensor lights and security cameras are in operation 24hrs a day.
